Eric Jackson

Eric Jackson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and systems engineering. Currently serving as AVP and Principal Infrastructure Lead at Chubb since October 2014, Eric manages a team of 12 IT Systems Engineers focused on designing and implementing highly available Windows Server solutions. Previously, Eric held various roles at Chubb, including AVP of IT Engineering, where responsibilities included engineering for Directory and End User Services, as well as contributing to IT integration strategies during acquisitions. Prior experience includes managerial and engineering roles at SunGard Availability Services, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Hercules Incorporated, and BetzDearborn, with a strong emphasis on Active Directory, server infrastructure, and messaging systems. Eric earned a B.A. in Computer Management Information Systems from Holy Family University.
