Faustina Glines

Faustina Glines is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving in the Casualty Portfolio Management department at Chubb since September 2024. Prior experience includes holding the positions of Head of Portfolio Management and Underwriting Leader - West Zone at QBE North America from December 2020 to August 2024, and working as a Middle Market Underwriting Specialist at CNA Insurance from 2016 to 2020, specializing in Property and Casualty lines. Earlier in their career, Faustina worked as an English Teacher at Albuquerque Public Schools from 2014 to 2016, focusing on 11th grade English and AP Language and Composition. Faustina holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of New Mexico and is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
