Fernanda Oliveira is the Gerente de Projetos at ACE Group, bringing 8 years of experience in process management. Fernanda has extensive knowledge in business process mapping and ITIL-based management processes, demonstrating the ability to innovate and enhance implemented processes for increased productivity and financial gains. Previously, they held positions as a Business Analyst at Thales Information Systems and a Process Specialist at Certisign, as well as a Process Consultant at Telefonica. Fernanda is currently preparing for the OMG – Certified Expert in BPM - Fundamental exam.
