George Lai is currently the Global Head of IT and Operations at Chubb Life Insurance, where they oversee Global IT, Operations, and Claims. Prior to this role, George served as the Deputy CEO and COO at AIG China, and held various leadership positions at AIA, including General Manager of Information Technology. George's career began at SITA as a Software Programmer, followed by a Senior Consultant role at Accenture. George earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UNSW.
