Grace Clavijo

Grace Clavijo is a Head de Growth for Latam, currently leading transformative strategies focused on revenue optimization and customer experience. They have held various roles at Chubb, including Project Leader and Digital Product Owner, where they managed complex projects and cross-functional teams to enhance digital offerings. Grace began their professional journey as a Process Consultant at Go Consulting and has also worked as a teacher and process analyst. They hold an engineering degree and a master's in Customer Experience from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
