Hemant Persaud

Hemant Persaud is a Global Employee Communications Leader with over ten years of experience in strategic communications, specializing in internal communications and employer branding. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Communications Leader for Chubb, Hemant previously held various communications roles at the University of Minnesota and Sunrise Banks, where they co-chaired the inaugural Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Hemant's accomplishments include receiving recognition from Ragan Communications for an employer brand campaign and implementing a successful internal communications strategy that fostered an inclusive culture. They are dedicated to crafting narratives that enhance employee engagement and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Minnesota.
