Hernan Cantillo

Hernan Cantillo currently serves as the AVP Risk Engineering Services for Latin America at Chubb, a position held since December 2002, and has extensive experience in risk engineering management across the region. Previously, Hernan held multiple titles within Chubb, including Gerente and Risk Engineering Manager for the Andean Zone. Hernan began a professional career as a Loss Control Services Engineer at Chubb de Colombia from January 1997 to November 1999. Additionally, Hernan contributed to academia as a professor of insurance specialization at Universidad del Salvador from 2008 to December 2015, focusing on risk management and loss control. Hernan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and completed a specialization in Technology, Operations, and Environmental Management at Universidad de Cantabria, alongside a naval engineering degree from Escuela Naval 'Almirante Padilla'.
