Ian Gorgenson

Ian Gorgenson is an experienced environmental underwriter currently working at Chubb since July 2022, where collaboration with the Regional Manager and Underwriting Team on regional marketing and sales strategies has been a key focus. Prior to this role, Gorgenson served as a consultant at RPS, conducting environmental site assessments across various regions. As an associate geologist at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc., significant fieldwork involvement included groundwater and soil sampling. Earlier experiences encompass teaching assistance at Hope College, a geology internship at Macpherson Energy Corporation, and undergraduate research on dune formation, which contributed to the Encyclopedia of World Dunes.
