Ian Weir

Ian Weir is currently the Senior Vice President at Chubb, where they lead the intelligent automation program to achieve a target of USD 500 million. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at Standard Bank Group, including Director of Business Performance Solutions, where they implemented IT performance transformations and established a group intelligent automation center of excellence. Ian also worked at Accenture South Africa, providing strategic and operational consulting leadership to banks. Ian earned an MBA from Cranfield University and holds a B.Com LLB from Rhodes University.
