Jaime Suarez is currently the Vice President of Business Transformation for Latin America at Chubb, specializing in Business Transformation Management, Intelligent Process Automation, and Operational Quality. With over fifteen years of experience in software engineering and a robust background in project management, Jaime has effectively led international teams and managed operations in the Latin American insurance industry for eight years. Prior to this role, Jaime held positions including Operations Director for Mexico at Chubb and Regional Operations Manager at ACE Group, where significant contributions were made in operational improvements and data analysis solutions. Jaime holds an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering and Management Information Systems from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
