Jeff Knell

Jeff Knell is currently the Claims Director at Chubb, where they oversee 500-600 workers' compensation claims files and manage relationships with third-party administrators. Jeff has extensive experience in claims examination, previously holding senior roles at companies including Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, California Casualty Management Company, and ESIS, Inc. Their career began as a Behavior Therapist at the Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention, where they developed training techniques for children with autism. Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, from 1984 to 1989.
