Jen McGuinn

Jen McGuinn, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chubb since May 2011. With a strong background in the global property and casualty insurance sector, McGuinn specializes in strategic planning, coaching, performance management, employee relations, training and development, benefits, recruiting, and compensation. Prior to this role, McGuinn worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Chubb from 2007 to 2011, where responsibilities included evaluating staffing and compensation and facilitating developmental opportunities.
