Jerry Hsien

Jerry Hsien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an AVP at Chubb since September 2025. Previous roles include Senior Underwriter at Crum & Forster and AVP, Middle Market Underwriting Manager at Zurich North America. Prior to that, Jerry held the position of Managing Director, Middle Market at The Hartford from July 2015 to March 2019 and Sales Underwriter, Middle Market at The Hanover Insurance Group from July 2013 to June 2015. Jerry began the career in underwriting at Blackboard Insurance in December 2019 and worked there until September 2020. Educational credentials include a degree from California State University-Fullerton.
