John Latter

John Latter has over 39 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of COG Claims at Chubb since June 2017. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Vice President and Claims Director for Europe, Eurasia, and Africa at Chubb. From November 2012 to June 2017, John was the Director of the Claims Technical Centre at Zurich UK, where responsibilities included setting the strategic technical direction for all lines of business within the claims organization. John's career at Zurich Insurance Group spanned nearly three decades, from October 1984 to October 2012, encompassing various claims and underwriting roles. Education was completed at Dartford Grammar School from 1979 to 1984.
