John Pappas

John Pappas is currently the Assistant Vice President and Agile Delivery Lead North America at Chubb, where they utilize exceptional interpersonal collaboration skills and Agile methodologies to oversee technology and human capital resources. Previously, John held roles such as Sr. Scrum Master/Delivery Lead at Chubb and Business Analyst IV at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they successfully managed cross-functional teams and implemented Lean Agile processes. John was also a Managing Partner at The John Pappas Re-employment Initiative. They hold a BA in History from Purdue University and an MBA in Global Management from Salem International University, where they achieved a perfect GPA.
