John Sussingham

John Sussingham is the AVP Boston Region Claim Manager at Chubb, where they have worked since 2015, previously serving as a Casualty Claims Supervisor. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, they are skilled in personal and commercial claims, litigation, and customer service. From 1997 to 2002, John held the position of Commercial Claim Supervisor at Safeco Insurance and later returned to Chubb Insurance as a Senior Claim Director. John earned a BS in Political Studies from Adelphi University in 1986.
