Joseph Mannion serves as Senior Vice President of Claims for North America at Chubb, a position held since April 2005. In this role, Joseph leads Major Commercial Property, Marine, E&S Property and Casualty, and Recovery Claims. Additionally, Joseph provides legal counsel to the Chubb Group's global claim organization, managing coverage litigation, catastrophe loss response, and large loss management across various business lines. Prior to joining Chubb, Joseph was Associate Vice President of Risk Management at CIGNA from January 1999 to April 2005. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Fairfield University. Joseph is also an alumnus of Boston College High School.
