Joseph Miskell

Joseph Miskell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President - Premier Manager for the High Net Worth Segment at Chubb since January 2016. In this role, Joseph is responsible for setting strategic direction and implementing the Premier Account Specialist role across North America, leading a team of 14 specialized Risk Consultants. Prior to this position, Joseph had a long tenure at Chubb Insurance from 1986 to 2015, holding various leadership roles including Vice President - Western Territory Appraisal Manager, where management responsibilities spanned 51 Appraisers across 30 states, and Vice President - Southern Zone Appraisal Manager, overseeing a team of 33 across 17 states. Joseph's earlier roles included Assistant Vice President positions in both underwriting and appraisal management, as well as experience as a Senior and Regional Appraiser. Joseph earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1985.
