Karen Ford, CPCU, RPLU, has extensive experience in the insurance and underwriting industry, beginning with a role as Claims Representative and advancing to various leadership positions at major companies such as CIGNA, ACE Group, USLI, and Chubb. With a robust background in underwriting, loss management, and business strategy, Karen has successfully led large teams to drive profitability and growth across multiple sectors, including Commercial Lines and Hospitality. Karen holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, complemented by completion of the Insurance Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
