Kat Guthrie

Kat Guthrie currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Chubb in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on developing innovative people strategies to enhance workforce engagement and prepare for future capabilities, including AI and robotics. Prior experience includes a role as the Executive General Manager of People Experience for Suncorp Group, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design and transformation to enhance customer engagement across various distribution channels. Kat's extensive career in human resources also includes roles at Suncorp Group in various managerial capacities within commercial insurance and customer experience, as well as earlier positions in HR consulting and product management at organizations like Packit Industrial Packaging, Marsh, and AMP. Kat holds a double major in Psychology from The University of Queensland and two master's degrees, one in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development from the University of Southern Queensland, and another in Employment Relations from the University of Technology Sydney.
