Kayla Nelson

Kayla Nelson is a leadership coach and founder of Ventura Coaching since August 2020. In addition to this role, Kayla serves as a leadership coach and facilitator at Growthspace, starting in January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group from August 2016 to December 2019, and working as an Information Governance Architect at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2015 to August 2016. Kayla also held positions at Symantec as an Information Governance Systems Engineer and Principal Consultant, and served as a Senior Director at FTI Consulting from January 2006 to June 2012. Early career experience includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Arnold & Porter LLP. Educational qualifications include a BA in American Studies from Yale University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
