Ken Netzorg serves as the Senior Technical Security Lead for North America at Chubb since April 2024, focusing on enhancing application security and collaborating with global security SMEs. Previously, Ken held a consulting position as a Network Engineer at Tidal Basin Group in early 2024, leading technology operations through transitional changes. Ken was the Director of Global Product Support, Operations, and Security at Axxiome from January 2022 to November 2023, contributing to architectural reviews and PCI gap analysis projects. Prior experiences include serving as the Director of Technology Operations/Security at DecisivEdge, where Ken architected Azure services, and held multiple roles at Bank of America, including VP-Senior Application/Program Manager. Ken also participated in community service on the board of directors for both the Pen Bay Soccer Club and the American Red Cross in Eastern Maine, overseeing governance and compliance functions. Ken earned a BA in Biochemistry and Neuroscience, with a computer science minor, from Bowdoin College.
