Lance Fraser, CFA, is the Chief Underwriting Officer of Chubb’s Global Transactional Risk group, based in New York. They lead a team focused on underwriting various transactional risk coverages, including representation and warranty, warranty and indemnity, tax, and contingent liability insurance. Previously, Lance was the Head of Chubb Canada’s Transactional Risk Group and held several underwriting roles within Chubb Financial Lines. They are a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and have earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. Additionally, Lance is pursuing qualifications from Warwick Academy and attended Copenhagen Business School for an exchange semester.
