Lars Springeling is currently the Head of Cyber for Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa at Chubb, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Lars served in various positions at Chubb, including Deputy Cyber Manager and Senior Underwriter Cyber. Lars's earlier experience includes working as an Underwriter for AIG Europe Limited and AIG, as well as serving on the board of Young InSurance Nederland from 2015 to 2019. Lars earned a Master’s degree in Liability and Insurance from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in 2011.
