Lesley Venella is the Assistant Vice President of North America Field Operations with a focus on Analytics and Sales Effectiveness. Lesley previously served as a Senior Underwriter in the North America Accident and Health Division at Chubb and has experience in analytics, strategy, and project implementation at Burlington Stores, Inc. Lesley holds both an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from La Salle University. During their undergraduate studies, Lesley completed three co-op experiences, including two with Burlington Stores, Inc. and one with Bentley Truck Services Inc. In their free time, Lesley enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, running, and traveling.
