Lori Flickstein

Lori Flickstein serves as the Corporate Governance Counsel for Global Corporate Affairs at Chubb, where they advise on corporate governance matters for U.S. and overseas companies. Previously, they held various senior legal positions at Sungard Availability Services, focusing on corporate finance and securities, and acted as the principal liaison with outside counsel for securities and capital markets issues. Lori has extensive experience attending board meetings, drafting minutes, and preparing financial disclosures. Additionally, Lori serves on the Board of Directors for the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia/Gilda's Club and is pursuing a JD at Temple University. They earned a BBA in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington University School of Business.
