Mary Phalon

Mary Phalon, CPCU, is the Vice President of Westchester Specialty Claims at Chubb Company, where they manage a team of analysts handling complex claims across multiple liability domains. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Mary previously served as a Senior Claims Director at Chubb and held positions at AIG, LandAmerica, and Poff & Bowman. They possess strong skills in risk management, litigation management, and finance. Mary is currently pursuing CPCU education, complementing their law degree from New York Law School and a BA from Rutgers University.
