Matt Sandberg is currently the Head of Data and Insights, Claims at Chubb, a role they began in 2025. Prior to this position, they served as Director of Partner Solutions at The Golden Consulting Group from 2001 to 2006, and held various roles at The Hartford from 2011 to 2015, including AVP, Lean Six Sigma Engagement Lead. Matt also worked as a Math and Computer Science Teacher at Tolland High School from 1996 to 2001. They are currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at RPI at Work and hold a BS in Math from Central Connecticut State University.
