Matthew Nowen currently serves as AVP, Claims Experience at Chubb since May 2023. Previously, Matthew held various roles at House of Kaizen from April 2018 to May 2023, including Director of Subscriber Insight & Experience, where responsibilities included leading teams in product management, research, and design to enhance client offerings for notable companies such as WSJ and AARP. Matthew developed a comprehensive product framework that significantly increased A/B testing success rates and established collaborative processes for defining customer personas. Prior to House of Kaizen, Matthew worked at AIG from August 2011 to April 2018, advancing through roles focused on customer experience and optimization. Matthew began a career at AIU Holdings as a Marketing Specialist and had earlier experiences as a Creative and Marketing Manager at Transfusion Advertising and an Advertising Intern at PFS Marketwyse. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from Syracuse University, graduated in 2007.
