Matthew Rutberg is currently the Vice President of Process Engineering at Chubb, where they lead global process engineering strategies rooted in Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles. Previously, Matthew served as the Director of Lean Six Sigma at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, focusing on improving operational efficiency and patient care processes. Their extensive background includes roles as a Strategic Supply Chain Manager at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital, where they demonstrated a proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and International Business from Penn State University and an EMBA from Temple University.
