Max Gustin

Max Gustin is currently the Vice President of Medical Programs at Chubb North America, where they lead the Workers’ Compensation Direct Handle Medical Management teams across the Central and Western US. Previously, Max served as Director of Managed Care Operations at AmTrust Financial Services, overseeing the Managed Care strategic roadmap for Workers' Compensation Claims. Max's earlier experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual, where they held various leadership positions in Claims and Managed Care. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Acuity Institute, and an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.
