Melissa Fleming

Melissa Fleming, CAPI, currently serves as Vice President of Marketing at Chubb, a position held since April 2004. In this role, Melissa oversees all marketing campaigns for Chubb Personal Insurance, leveraging collaboration with the Strategic Marketing team to develop messaging, campaign timing, performance analysis, and recommendations for improvement. Prior to this, Melissa held positions as Assistant Vice President - Marketing Campaign Manager, Personal Lines Marketing Manager, and Regional Underwriting Manager at Chubb, focusing on driving sales and managing underwriting for high net worth clients. Melissa's career began at Allied Insurance as a Personal Lines Underwriter. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Advisor in Personal Insurance from The Wharton School.
