Michael Hooton

Michael Hooton is the Head of Digital Growth and Partnerships at Chubb, where they identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships that align with the company's digital growth strategy. Prior to this, Michael served as the CEO of Calibre Commercial Insurance and held various executive roles at Calliden Group, where they managed multiple functions and were responsible for one of Australia’s largest agency businesses. Michael also has extensive experience in executive management from their time at Promina and RSA, complemented by a strong educational background in management and insurance. They graduated with a BSc in Management Science from the University of Lancaster and hold several professional qualifications, including an ACII and GAICD.
