Michael Martinek

Michael Martinek is currently the Country President for Austria and possesses over 15 years of insurance leadership expertise, particularly in claims operations and lean process management. They have held various significant positions in both Switzerland and the Middle East, with a strong focus on multi-country leadership. Michael earned multiple Master’s degrees in Economy and Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna, along with certifications in Lean and Change Management. They have also completed research at Harvard University and are an avid pilot and diver, holding relevant licenses.
