Michelle Cole

Michelle Cole, CPP, is a seasoned global payroll and HR professional with extensive experience in the field. They served as Payroll Manager at Midas International from 2007 to 2009 and continued their career as Payroll Supervisor at both Navigant Consulting and Brunswick Corporation until 2007. At Citadel LLC, they held the position of Payroll Manager from 2009 to 2021 before transitioning to Combined Insurance, where they served as AVP of Payroll & Benefits until 2023. Currently, Michelle is the Assistant Vice President of Global HR Operations at Chubb, supporting payroll and benefits. They are pursuing a BS in Accounting from Roosevelt University and an AS in Accounting from Triton College.
