Michelle Harris is currently the AVP of Worksite Capabilities at Chubb and serves as the Chair of the American Red Cross Board Biomedical Committee. They previously held multiple leadership positions at Lincoln Financial Group from 2004 to 2012, including TPA Service Manager and AVP of Customer Care and Field Support. Michelle has been a member of the American Red Cross Board of Directors since 2013. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995.
