Nancy Van Wesep has been with Chubb since February 2004, initially serving as an Underwriting Associate. Over the years, Nancy advanced to several leadership roles, including Team Leader, Southeast Operations Supervisor, and currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President, Operations Manager for the Southeast Region since March 2025.
