Ngan Phan has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having held key roles in various companies since 2018. Ngan served as Reinsurance Deputy Head and later Acting Head at Military Insurance Company from November 2018 to November 2019, overseeing all activities of the Reinsurance department. Subsequently, Ngan worked at United Insurance Company of Vietnam as UWRI Deputy Manager from November 2021 to February 2022, followed by a position as Reinsurance Head at Saigon - Hanoi Insurance from March 2022 to February 2023, managing all activities within the Reinsurance division. Currently, Ngan serves as P&C Underwriting Manager at Chubb, responsible for Property, Casualty, Construction, and Power underwriting. Ngan holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Solvay Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National Economics University in Vietnam.
