Nick Bittner is an employment law attorney and claim director with a robust background in litigation, practicing law since 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Nick served as a staff attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey, representing tenants in landlord-tenant court and engaging in appellate practice. Currently, Nick practices employment law in New York and New Jersey, litigating a variety of employment-related lawsuits and advising clients on legal rights. Nick holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from Penn State University, alongside multiple bar admissions in New York and New Jersey.
