Nick Souras

Nick Souras has extensive experience in claims and quality assurance management, currently serving as the EMEA Claims Quality Assurance Manager at Chubb since January 2015. Previous roles include Director QA and EMEA Senior Quality Auditor at Chubb. Prior to this, Nick held the position of Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service from January 2013 to December 2014. At Cardif Pinnacle, from January 2011 to January 2013, roles included Operations Manager - Customer Relations and General Manager - Claims Operations. Nick's career began at Groupama Insurances, where from January 1993 to January 2011, the position of Claims Operations Manager was held. Nick's educational background includes attendance at Bishop's Stortford College from 1979 to 1984.
