Nikolai Dythtchenko has extensive legal experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer for Europe, Eurasia, and Africa at Chubb since April 2012, Nikolai has also held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer for EMEA and Executive Officer and General Counsel of Chubb Far East. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at AIG from August 2007 to March 2012 and working in the legal department at Sojitz Corporation from March 2002 to August 2007. Nikolai holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law (2008-2010), a Master of Laws (LLM) in Transnational Law and Politics from Tohoku University (2000-2002), and a degree from Belarusian State University (1995-2000).
