Philippa Ward

Philippa Ward is a Digital Claims Manager with a long tenure at Chubb, starting in 2006. From 2009 to 2022, Philippa served as a Claims Team Leader, overseeing a team to ensure adherence to service level agreements while maintaining high customer service standards. Philippa has been involved in numerous projects aimed at improving internal processes and currently works within the Claims Systems and Process team for EMEA, where they focus on project delivery, user training, and collaborating with IT on issue resolution. Prior to Chubb, Philippa worked as a Claims Handler at NFU Mutual from 2001 to 2003 and holds an HND in Social Sciences from the University of West of Scotland.
