Prudencio Castillo

Prudencio Castillo, CLMP, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Claim Director for Multinational Claims at Chubb since July 2025. Previously, Prudencio worked as a Claims Consultant and Senior Claims Consultant at Prime Insurance Company and held the position of Claims Generalist SR at Progressive Insurance from July 2021 to December 2022. Earlier roles include Managing a team of adjusters as Unit Manager and serving as Senior Claim Analyst at Founders Insurance, along with experience as a Claims Adjuster. Prudencio began a legal career through a summer internship at Lord Bissell and Brooke and has also worked as a Claim Service Analyst at Encompass Insurance. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Classics and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
