Rachel Goldstein

Vice President, Executive Climate Property Lead

Rachel Goldstein has extensive experience in environmental sustainability and management, beginning with a role as Team Leader for the Landfill Methane Outreach Program at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2003 to 2011, where responsibilities included technical assistance and project feasibility evaluation. At Mars, Incorporated, from 2011 to 2018, Rachel progressed to Sustainability Lead, contributing to the Corporate Sustainability Team and engaging with external organizations to drive sustainability initiatives. Currently, Rachel serves as Vice President and Executive Climate Property Lead at Chubb Insurance, focusing on climate-related risk engineering, while also holding a position as Assistant Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech, where Rachel created and teaches a Circular Economy graduate class. Rachel's academic qualifications include an MBA with a concentration in Environmental Management and Public Policy from The George Washington University, and ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering at Tufts University.
