Reinaldo Caparroz is a Regional Financial Controller for Latin America at Chubb, where they have been since 2018. With a career built in multinational companies within the insurance and pension markets, Reinaldo has gained extensive experience in crisis management, planning, budgeting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Previously, they held significant roles at AIG Seguros Brasil, Zurich Brasil Seguros, and KPMG Audit, demonstrating strong leadership in finance and transformation projects. Reinaldo earned an MBA from Ibmec and holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting.
