Rob Smith-Wright is currently the Director of Fraud for EMEA & COG claims, where they are responsible for the global and regional counter fraud claims strategies. Previously, they served as the Claims Fraud & Recovery Manager for EMEA at Chubb, overseeing the claims fraud strategy across the region. Before that, Rob worked as a Claims Fraud Manager at Chubb from 2019 to 2024, managing claims fraud strategy and operations across Europe, Eurasia, and Africa. Their earlier experience includes roles at QBE European Operations, where they developed fraud strategy across various lines of business and managed motor claims. Rob's background reflects extensive expertise in counter fraud strategies within the insurance sector.
