Robert Lusen

Robert Lusen, SCLA, is the Workers Compensation Excess Claim Director at CHUBB and has extensive experience in claims management. After graduating from Shippensburg University, they began their career at Liberty Mutual as an adjuster. Robert has held various positions, including Senior Claims Adjuster at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and Team Manager at Crum & Forster. Prior to their current role at Chubb, they served as a Senior Claims Specialist at Zurich North America, managing complex workers' compensation claims across several jurisdictions.
