Ryan Beckett

Ryan Beckett is a seasoned business development leader with over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, specializing in group and voluntary sales development, sales management, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Chubb Workplace Benefits in Michigan since March 2022, Ryan also founded Beckett Partner Group in March 2020 and holds a position as a Board Member at Mployer Advisor. Additional experience includes a retired role as Vice President and Regional Market Manager at Cigna Insurance Services, along with leadership positions at Sun Life and Wilson Companies. Ryan's early career began in group insurance sales in 1991, progressing through various roles, including Adjunct Instructor of Economics at Oakland Community College. Academically, Ryan holds a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Management from the University of Detroit Mercy.
