Ryan Berkey

Ryan Berkey is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Development Technology & Operations at Chubb, a position held since August 2017. In this role, Ryan leads strategic initiatives to enhance employee learning and development, overseeing all operational aspects of talent and development technology while managing a high-performing team to improve efficiency. Prior to his tenure at Chubb, Ryan was with Vanguard for a decade, where responsibilities included acting as the HR Project Manager and leading large-scale organization-wide projects focused on the internal cloud-based Learning Management System, Cornerstone. Ryan's earlier roles at Vanguard also involved improving operational efficiencies and facilitating training programs across various functions.
