Scott Bourn is the SVP and Chief Underwriting Officer of International Personal Lines at Chubb, a role held since 2018. Previously, Scott was an Executive Director in Product Development at USAA in 2003 and held various positions in product development and underwriting across multiple companies, including Mutual of Enumclaw and Safeco Insurance Company. Scott's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at AIG, where they served as Vice President and Senior Vice President in several capacities. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Whitman College in 1988.
